Enable all Blackberry Pearl vendor themes

The Pearl firmware contains interesting themes for a variety of wireless operators. Some simple XML config file hacking will reveal them

1. Close Blackberry Desktop Manager
2. Remove or rename C:Program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionAppLoaderVendor.xml
3. Edit C:Program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionSharedLoader Files[firmware version]BlackBerry.alx (vendorID for T-Mobile US is 100, use the appropriate code for your provider based on file contents)
   1. Replace _vendorID=" with _vendorID="100|
   2. Replace 100|100 with 100
4. Open Blackberry Desktop Manager
5. Connect device, update firmware when prompted
